What We Offer

Our Services

Half lease

Our half lease includes hacking the leased horse on 2 days per week. The lessor has to be enrolled in Double C Ranch LLC's riding program. If you are interested, please schedule an Introduction lesson by clicking on the button below.

Introduction lesson

We will clean and tack a horse together. After the horse is ready, I will give a lunge line lesson or watch the student ride. In this time we can see how experienced the student is and which horse will fit their learning experience.

CAMPS

What They Say About Us

Aja Mullinex

My daughter absolutely loves Christine who runs Double C Ranch LLC. The horses she has are all amazing and they are great with the kids. My daughter has extreme anxiety and this is helping her so much. She is in heaven when she is there. She is still learning and sometimes doesn't always remember something because it is so much to learn and remember but she knows all she has to do is ask and then Christine will help her and walk her through it. I couldn't be happier with my decision to let her take riding lessons and horsemanship here at this ranch and Christine and her horses.

Alyson Melish

Christine loves the kids and the horses. She helps them go at their own pace, while encouraging them to push themselves and learn new skills. My daughter loves the horse, Kat, and we see her learning with every lesson. We are lucky to have found her so close to Charlottesville.

Olivia Kaczmarskyj

My mare and I are the happiest we’ve ever been at a boarding facility :) Top notch care tailored to each horse, and well maintained fields with plenty of grass. I personally love the ring & ride-out opportunities for myself. Christine communicates excellently and I feel very comfortable leaving my horse in her care.
