DCR Tech was founded by Christine Mitchell — an entrepreneur, equestrian business owner, and systems builder with a passion for simplifying operations for small businesses.
With previous experience working with companies such as Dell and Seagate, Christine combines technical understanding with real-world operational experience.
As the owner of Double C Ranch, a certified Pony Club Riding Center in Virginia, she understands firsthand the challenges small businesses face — managing clients, scheduling, communication, payments, onboarding, marketing, and day-to-day operational chaos.
Christine personally built and manages the ranch’s websites, client systems, marketing content, video production, automation, branding, and operational workflows.
This hands-on experience led to the creation of DCR Tech:
